What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices shown are in CAD. However you can change the currency based on your location.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 business days  for your order to ship out.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at sales@TeaNspice.ca

Can I return items I bought online?

TeaNspice is here to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not happy with your last purchase, we offer 100% money back guarantee. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original order. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels. 

If the product is defective or damaged, you have 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship at your expanse however once we receive the item and after inspection we will refund your original purchase including your shipping cost. Just send us the shipping receipt for refund. 

All gifts cards and sale items are final sale. Returns with a gift receipt are eligible for store credit. 

Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to return before receiving a refund. 

How do I make a return 

If you want to make a return please fill out the form under Contact us or email us at Sales@TeaNspice.ca we will send you instructions for the return. 


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact us at sales@TeaNspice.ca for further details.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm your address. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at Sales@TeaNspice.ca 

If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. We do ship worldwide. The average shipping time is 2-25 business days depending on your location.

Which shipping company will be delivering my order?
We have access to the lowest shipping rates and times with many shipping companies. The system is designed to give you the best shipping rate and time available from all companies. 

How can I track my order?
Once you order is fulfilled you will get a tracking number and the delivering company name by email. You can track it either on their website or under 'Track Your Order' at the bottom of the page.

Do you offer price adjustment?
Please contact us with your request at sales@TeaNspice.ca and we will do our very best to resolve any issue you may have with your order. 

What payment methods do you accept?

All the payments methods are listed under each item. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Paypal, Apple pay and Google pay. 

Can I pay with my own currency?

We currently offer the following currencies CAN, USD, Euro, British Pound Sterling and Australian Dollar. You can change the currency based on your location.
